COATING SYSTEM. 1st Coat: Tnemec Series 94-H2O Hydro-Zinc applied at 2.5 to 3.5 dry mils applied to all bare metal. Thin only with approved thinner, Tnemec 41-2, 41-3 or, 41-39 Thinner. Stripe Coat: Tnemec Series FC20HS-1255 Pota-Pox applied by brush and scrubbed into all weld seams. In addition to weld seams, all edges, corners, bolts, rivets, pits shall receive a stripe coat. 2nd Coat: Tnemec Series FC20HS applied at 6.0 to 8.0 dry mils. Thin only with approved thinner, Tnemec 41-4 Thinner. Total dry film thickness shall be a minimum of 8.5 mils per Section 1.05, Paragraph D. For cold weather applications, Series 44-700 Urethane Accelerator may be added to Series 94-H2O.

  • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy.   • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
