Oversight Committee Fees. (1) Canada agrees to pay an honorarium to each member of the Oversight Committee, other than members representing Canada or the Church Organizations, at the same rate and on the same conditions as apply from time to time for adjudicators appointed for the IAP. (2) Notwithstanding 13.14(1), Oversight Committee members will be paid the honorarium set out in 13.14(1) for a period not exceeding 3 days per month in those months where they attend in-person meetings or 1 day per month in those months where the meeting is held by teleconference or other means.
