Overtime and Leave in Lieu. Employees who are directed to work outside their ordinary hours: (a) may elect either to be paid or to accrue leave in lieu at the rate of time and one half for the first three (3) additional hours worked; and (b) may elect either to be paid or to accrue leave in lieu at the rate of double time for hours worked after the first three (3) additional hours.
