Common use of Overtime Availability Clause in Contracts

Overtime Availability. All scheduled overtime shall be offered equally to all employees within the same call-in list but first offered to the employee carrying the communication device for “Standby Status.” Although not required to respond, laborers shall be contacted first for overtime for the following:  Snow Removal (City lots and sidewalks)  General Park Maintenance  Mowing  Streetscape Maintenance
