Common use of OVERTIME CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

OVERTIME CONDITIONS. (a) Any hours worked in excess of seven and one-half (7½) hours per day or in excess of an average of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week over the scheduling period, and authorized by a Manager as an emergency, will be counted as overtime worked and will be paid for at the rate of time and one- half their regular straight time hourly rate of pay.
