Overtime Exemption. The Parties agree that Commanders shall be considered overtime exempt managerial employees, and as such, shall be paid salary (calculated from an hourly rate based on the standard forty (40) hour workweek). Commanders shall not be entitled to overtime compensation under either the Fair Labor Standards Act or Washington Minimum Wage Act.
