Overtime on Sunday or Second Scheduled Day Off. (a) Every employee (other than Operating Engineers) shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times his hourly rate for all work performed by him and required by the Company on a Sunday or on the second of his two (2) weekly scheduled days off.
