Overtime over Eight (8) in a Day Compensation. An employee who works more than eight (8) hours in one day will not receive overtime compensation for the hours worked over eight (8) in one day if that employee fails to work his regularly scheduled work schedule for the remainder of the work week after the overtime is worked.
