OVERTIME PAY for Lieutenants. Time off, unworked holidays, paid VSEA leave time, time spent traveling to and from paid training (after deduction of normal commuting time, when appropriate, and time spent eating during the travel time), moving time and personal leave shall be considered as time actually worked for the purpose of determining eligibility for overtime compensation.
