Overtime Rates - Auxiliary and Regular Part-Time. Employees (1) Time and one-half for the first 4 hours worked in excess of the normal daily hours in a day; (2) Two times for hours worked beyond 4 in excess of the normal daily hours in a day; (3) In any case where an employee has already performed work on five days during the week, time and one-half for any hours worked prior to 12:00 h on the sixth day of work in that week, two times for hours worked after 12:00 h on the sixth day, and two times for all hours worked on the seventh day of work in that week.
