Approve the dual enrollment articulation agreements with Liberty County School Board The Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement, as required by Section 1007.271(21), Florida Statutes, is made by and between the District Board of Trustees of Tallahassee State College, hereinafter referred to as TSC, and the District School Board of Liberty County, hereinafter referred to as the School Board. The term of this agreement shall commence upon signing and shall end July 31, 2025. The local Articulation Committee shall consist of the following: Committee members from the School Board will be appointed by the Superintendent of the School Board or designee. Committee members from TSC will be appointed by the President of TSC or designee. Either party may cancel this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice should the other party fail substantially to perform in accord with its terms through no fault of the party initiating the termination. This Agreement may be amended only by written communication signed by the Superintendent of the District School Board of Liberty County and the President of Tallahassee State College.
