The local Articulation Committee shall consist of the following: Committee members from the School Board will be appointed by the Superintendent of the School Board or designee. Committee members from TCC will be appointed by the President of TCC or designee. Either party may cancel this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice should the other party fail substantially to perform in accord with its terms through no fault of the party initiating the termination. This Agreement may be amended only by written communication signed by the Superintendent of the District School Board of Xxxx County and the President of Tallahassee Community College.
