Owner and Governmental Review Meeting. Upon completion by the Engineer of final plans, specifications, cost estimates, and engineering reports, the Engineer shall submit copies to the participating governmental agencies for approvals as required. After reasonable time for review by the Owner and participating governmental agencies, a meeting, called by the Owner, may be held to review final plans with the Owner and participating governmental agencies at the project site.
