Owner/Operator Equipment. (a) It shall be the duty and the responsibility of the Owner Operators to maintain their vehicles in a safe operating condition, in accordance with the Department of Transport Regulations.

  • Construction Equipment Construction Equipment means all tools, machinery and equipment, either operated or not operated, that is required for preparing, fabricating, conveying, erecting, or otherwise performing the Work but is not incorporated into the Work.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours.
