Owner Rights. The Owner reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to require Design-Builder to reject any Trade Supplier or Trade Contractor and any proposal. If after the acceptance of the GMP Change Order by the Owner, the Owner exercises its right to require Design-Builder to reject a Trade Contractor, a Trade Supplier, or the lowest price proposal submitted by a responsible proposer, the acceptance of which Design-Builder recommends, Design-Builder shall recommend an acceptable substitute Trade Contractor, Trade Supplier, or proposer, and if the substitute Trade Contractor, Trade Supplier or proposer has submitted a higher proposal or price, the GMP Change Order and its Estimated Cost Component shall be adjusted to reflect the difference between the amount of the rejected proposal or price and the higher accepted proposal or price.

Owner Rights. Unless otherwise stated in this contract, You may exercise all rights and privileges provided in this contract or allowed by Us. If two Owners jointly own this contract, each Owner may independently exercise transfers among the various account options and designate purchase payment allocations. Unless agreed to by Us, all other terms, conditions, rights and requirements that apply to an Owner under this contract shall apply jointly to each joint Owner named.

CM/GC Award. Unless the Owner exercises its rights under Article 3.7.5, CM/GC shall award the Work to a responsible Trade Contractor or Trade Supplier of CM/GC's choosing and proceed with the preparation of a purchase order or Trade Contract incorporating all necessary terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Upon execution by CM/GC, and if requested by the Owner, CM/GC shall send a copy of the executed purchase order or Trade Contract to the Owner. CM/GC Self-Performance.
Owner Rights. Owner reserves the right to enter and re-enter any storage unit at all reasonable times for general facility oversight, necessary maintenance, at the permission of tenant. Owner reserves the right to restrict unit entry via overlock for failure to pay rent and reserves the right to enter property to enforce liens at the Owner’s discretion. Overlocks are removed upon full payment of balance at Owner’s discretion and convenience. Owner reserve the right to modify this agreement, including a change in monthly rent, by giving the Occupant a written notice of at least thirty (30) days prior to effect.

Owner Rights. As long as the annuitant is living and unless otherwise provided in this contract, you may exercise all rights and privileges provided in this contract or allowed by us. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP You may change the ownership. Any change of ownership must be made by written request on a form approved by us. The change must be made while the annuitant is living. Once the change is received by us, it will take effect as of the date of your request, subject to any action taken or payment made by us before the receipt.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable ------------ Law, each and every right, power and remedy herein specifically given to the Owner or otherwise in this Agreement shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other right, power and remedy herein specifically given or now or hereafter existing at law, in equity or by statute, and each and every right, power and remedy whether specifically given herein or otherwise existing may be exercised from time to time and as often and in such order as may be deemed expedient by the Owner, and the exercise or the beginning of the exercise of any power or remedy shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right to exercise at the same time or thereafter any other right, power or remedy. No delay or omission by the Owner in the exercise of any right, power or remedy or in the pursuit of any remedy shall impair any such right, power or remedy or be construed to be a waiver of any default on the part of the Operator or to be an acquiescence therein. No express or implied waiver by the Owner of any Event of Default shall in any way be, or be construed to be, a waiver of any future or subsequent Event of Default.
