Owner’s consent. If in this Lease it is provided that Owner’s consent or approval as to any matter will not be unreasonably withheld, and it is established by a court or body having final jurisdiction thereof that Owner has been unreasonable, the only effect of such finding shall be that Owner shall be deemed to have given its consent or approval, but Owner shall not be liable to Tenant or any third party in any respect for money damages by reason of withholding its consent, unless Owner’s refusal to grant consent or approval was done in bad faith.
