Owner’s consent. If you are not the owner of the Farm, DFMC may before giving its consent to an assignment of this Contract, require you to provide to DFMC evidence that the owner of the Farm consents (in a form and substance satisfactory to DFMC) to the assignment of this Contract.
Owner’s consent. If in this lease it is provided that Owner's consent or approval as to any matter will not be unreasonably withheld, and it is established by a court or body having final jurisdiction thereof that Owner has been unreasonable, the only effect of such finding shall be that Owner shall be deemed to have given its consent or approval, but Owner shall not be liable to Tenant or any third party in any respect for money damages by reason of withholding its consent, unless Owner`s refusal to grant consent or approval was done in bad faith.
Owner’s consent. Any consent of Owner required under this Agreement shall not be effective unless it is in writing and signed by Owner.
Owner’s consent. Except as provided herein, Manager shall not assign this Agreement except as permitted below, without the written consent of Owner, which consent may be granted or withheld in Owner's sole discretion, except as set forth in Section 10.2 below.

In the event of any change to the Annexation Resolution (as attached hereto and incorporated herein) without the Owner’s consent, any consent of the Owner previously provided to the Annexation Resolution shall be automatically withdrawn, and this Agreement shall be void and of no further force and effect.

Owner’s consent. 6.1 The Owner hereby agrees to execute this Deed and further acknowledges that the Land from the date hereof shall be bound by the terms of this Deed.
1. The Parties agree to vary the Original Agreement as follows:-
1.1 To delete all the following definitions from Clause 1 of the Original Agreement
i. Affordable Housing
ii. Affordable Housing Scheme.
iii. Affordable Housing Units.
iv. Protected Tenant.
Owner’s consent. Except as expressly provided in this Lease to the contrary, with respect to any provision of this Lease which provides, in effect, that Owner shall not unreasonably withhold or unreasonably delay any consent or any approval, Tenant shall in no event be entitled to make, nor shall Tenant make, any claim for, and Tenant hereby waives any claim for, money damages; nor shall Tenant claim any money damages by way of set-off, counterclaim or defense based upon any claim or assertion by Tenant that Owner has unreasonably withheld or unreasonably delayed any consent or approval; Tenant’s sole remedy, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease, shall be an action or proceeding to enforce any such provision, or for specific performance, injunction or declaratory judgment.
