Owner's Insurance Obligation. 13.2.1 Without prejudice to its obligations under this Contract or otherwise under Applicable Law, the Owner, at its cost, shall arrange, secure and maintain the following insurance coverage for the Plant and its personnel during the Term:

Owner's Insurance Obligation. Owner shall obtain and keep in full force and effect during the life of this Agreement, at his/her sole cost and expense, a policy of public liability and property damage insurance protecting Agent against loss on account of injuries to or death of persons and loss of or damage to property which may in any manner arise or grow out of the use, occupancy, management, operation, or maintenance of the Premises by Owner, any tenant, or any other persons, whether or not due to the negligence of Agent, its contractors, officers, agents, and employees. The amounts and types of insurance shall be acceptable to both Owner and Agent, and any deductible required under such insurance policies shall be Owner’s expense. Agent shall be covered as an additional insured on all liability insurance maintained with respect to the Premises. Liability insurance shall be adequate to protect the interest of both Owner and Agent and in form, substance, and amounts reasonably satisfactory to Agent and shall in no event be less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). Owner agrees to furnish Agent with certificates evidencing such insurance or with duplicate copies of such policies within five (5) days of the execution of this Agreement. If Owner fails to do so, Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, place said insurance and charge the cost thereof to the Trust Account. Such policies shall provide that notice of default or cancellation shall be sent to Agent as well as Owner and shall require a minimum of 30 days written notice to Agent before any cancellation of or charges to said policies.   • Owner’s Insurance Owner will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining Owner’s liability insurance and other reasonably appropriate insurance.

  • Renter’s Insurance (check one) ☐ Tenant is required to obtain, and maintain at all times during the Term, a renter’s insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000.00 personal liability coverage. Tenant will name Landlord as an interested party or additional insured. Tenant will provide Landlord with a certificate or proof of insurance upon request. ☐ Tenant is NOT required to obtain a renter’s insurance policy.

  • Developer’s Insurance Developer shall comply with the insurance requirements as indicated in the Facilities Lease.

  • OWNER’S LIABILITY INSURANCE The Owner shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining the Owner’s usual liability insurance.

  • Contractor’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect Contractor from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s operations under the Contract, whether such operations be by Contractor or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor, or by anyone for whose acts any other may be liable:

  • Cyber Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Officer of Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by Contractor in this agreement and shall include, but not limited to, claims involving infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs as well as regulatory fines and penalties as well as credit monitoring expenses with limits sufficient to respond to these obligations. This insurance requirement will be considered met if the general liability insurance includes an affirmative cyber endorsement for the required amounts and coverages.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: For Contract Amounts Less For Contract Amounts Equal to or Than $5,000,000.00: Greater than $5,000,000: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.
