Common use of Owner’s Predesign Study Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Predesign Study. The Design Professional will design the Project in accordance with the Owner’s Predesign Study, if any, as amended, a copy of which is included as Exhibit C and is incorporated into and made a part of this document by reference. If no Predesign Study is available, the Design Professional will design the Project in accordance with the Owner’s Program shown in Exhibit C.
