Ownership by Contractor. All Contractor Works, and all modifications or derivatives of such Contractor Works, including all Intellectual Property Rights in or pertaining to the same, shall be owned solely and exclusively by Contractor.
Ownership by Contractor. Contractor is granted the right to collect, transpo1t, process, recover, recycle, retain, market, dispose of or otherwise use any such Solid Waste, Recyclables and Organics, or any part thereof, in any legal fashion, and retain all benefits or profits resulting from such use; provided, however, that Contractor must at all times comply with the Applicable Law. Contractor shall divert source-separated Recyclables and Organics meeting the specifications under this Agreement from landfills to the extent commercially practicable and provide information reasonably necessary for the City to receive appropriate credit from CalRecycle or other regulatory authorities. Contractor shall not landfill any source sepmated Recyclables or Organics without the City's prior written permission, except that Contractor may landfill Recyclables or Organics exceeding the contamination threshold set forth in Exhibit A and residual remaining after processing.
Ownership by Contractor. All Contractor Works, including all Intellectual Property Rights in or pertaining to the same, shall be owned solely and exclusively by Contractor. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership or title in or to any Contractor Works to County or any other Person.
