Ownership of Contract Documents. 1.6.1 The Contract Documents, and each of them, shall remain the property of the Owner. The Contractor shall have the right to keep one record set of the Contract Documents upon completion of the Project; provided, however, that in no event shall Contractor use, or permit to be used, any or all of such Contract Documents on other projects without the Owner's prior written authorization.
