Cleaning the Site and the Project. 7.10.1 The Contractor shall keep the site reasonably clean during performance of the Work. Upon final completion of the Work, the Contractor shall clean the site and the Project and remove all waste, together with all of the Contractor's property therefrom.

The Artist shall keep the Project site reasonably clean during installation of the Sculpture, shall remove debris, trash and garbage from the site daily and allow no accumulation of debris, garbage or trash on the site. No additional payment shall be made by the Owner for this work, the compensation having been considered and included in the contract price.
