Common use of Ownership of Contract Documents Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Contract Documents. Drawings, specifications, designs, models, photographs, reports, surveys, and other data submitted by Contractor provided in connection with this Agreement are and shall remain the property of the County whether the Project for which they are made is completed or not. All finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, surveys, drawings, maps, models, photographs, and reports prepared by Contractor shall become the property of County and shall be delivered by Contractor to County within seven (7) calendar days of termination of the Agreement by either party. Any compensation due to Contractor shall be withheld until all documents are received as provided herein.
