Common use of Ownership of Drawings Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Drawings. All Plans, Specifications and copies thereof prepared or furnished to the City Engineer are his/her property. They are not to be used on other work and, with the exception of the signed Agreement, and are to be returned to him/her upon completion of the work.
