PACKAGE – I – (Purchase of Necessary Hardware. Equipment , Software license (Renewal / Purchase) ) 6.2 PACKAGE – II – SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (Primary Site / Disaster Recovery Site / Passive Network, Fiber, Wireless ETC.) 6.1 PACKAGE – I –(PURCHASE OF NECESSARY HARDWARE / EQUIPMENT , SOFTWARE LICENSE (RENEWAL / PURCHASE) ) 1) Scope Science & Technology and Information Technology Department intends to procure and deploy Hardware, Allied Equipment’s, and a comprehensive infrastructure from leading organizations/vendors providing such solutions globally. ST & IT Department wants to enhance and upgrade the Centralized Repository of Data, Information & Services. This repository aims at hosting of Provincial Departments' portal applications to bring transparency & efficiency and also hosting of websites and application for online availability of government services for the general public. The main objective to establish centralized repository has been achieved through establishment of Data Center with the global standards identified by Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (IEEE). The Data Center has the following characteristics which need to be upgraded and enhanced due drastic increase in Data • Blade Servers • Backup UPS • Miscellaneous items • NDR and 500 EDR (with 3 years Subscription) • WHM Licenses with 100 Accounts (3 years) • Imunify licenses with 100 Accounts ( 3 years) • SQL Server 2019 Standard -2 Core • Windows Server 2022 Standard -8 Core

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Hardware Warranty Company warrants that for a period of one (1) year from delivery of Hardware, Hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use, but does not cover any of the following: (i) improper installation, maintenance, adjustment, repair or modification by Customer or a third party; (ii) misuse, neglect, or any other cause other than ordinary use, including without limitation, accidents or acts of God; (iii) improper environment, excessive or inadequate heating or air conditioning, electrical power failures, surges, water damage or other irregularities; (iv) third party software or software drivers; or (v) damage during shipment.

  • Attachment  C_ CONTRACT AFFIRMATIONS For purposes of these Contract Affirmations, HHS includes both the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). System Agency refers to HHSC, DSHS, or both, that will be a party to this Contract. These Contract Affirmations apply to all Contractors and Grantees (referred to as “Contractor”) regardless of their business form (e.g., individual, partnership, corporation).   • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale 1. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • CERTIFICATION OF NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS OR WORK 8.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that no asbestos containing materials or work is included within the scope of the Work. The Contractor shall take whatever measures it deems necessary to insure that all employees, suppliers, fabricators, material men, subcontractors, or their assigns, comply with this requirement. 8.2 The Contractor shall ensure that Texas Department of Health licensed individuals, consultants or companies are used for any required asbestos work including asbestos inspection, asbestos abatement plans/specifications, asbestos abatement, asbestos project management and third-party asbestos monitoring.
