Disaster Recovery Site definition

Disaster Recovery Site has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.
Disaster Recovery Site or “DR Site” means the site or location where Cold DR Equipment is located.
Disaster Recovery Site means the version of the System for use in the event the Production Site is rendered unavailable and hosted from the disaster recovery data center that is geographically remote to the production data center.
