Using the Services Please review the Twitter Rules, which are part of the User Agreement and outline what is prohibited on the Services. Representations and Warranties of the Grantee A. The Grantee expressly represents and warrants to the State that it is statutorily eligible to receive these Grant funds and that the information set forth in its Grant Application is true, complete and accurate. The Grantee expressly agrees to promptly repay all funds paid to it under this Grant Agreement should it be determined either that it was ineligible to receive the funds, or it made any material misrepresentation on its grant application.
Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

Wildcard Prohibition For domain names which are either not registered, or the registrant has not supplied valid records such as NS records for listing in the DNS zone file, or their status does not allow them to be published in the DNS, the use of DNS wildcard Resource Records as described in RFCs 1034 and 4592 or any other method or technology for synthesizing DNS Resources Records or using redirection within the DNS by the Registry is prohibited. When queried for such domain names the authoritative name servers must return a “Name Error” response (also known as NXDOMAIN), RCODE 3 as described in XXX 0000 and related RFCs. This provision applies for all DNS zone files at all levels in the DNS tree for which the Registry Operator (or an affiliate engaged in providing Registration Services) maintains data, arranges for such maintenance, or derives revenue from such maintenance.
