Paid in Full Contracts & Packages. Pre-paid membership packages must be activated within 30-days of purchase. Where a current membership is active, the new purchase will not activate until the current pass has expired. All membership payments will be charged by Ezidebit on behalf of Hot Yoga Oxenford. By committing to this membership payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our third-party xxxxxx, which is currently Ezidebit. This is subject to change to change without notice. Ezidebit terms and conditions can be found on their website. Please note that your bank statement will display ‘Ezi Hot Yoga Oxenford’ when payments are processed. It is the contract holders’ responsibility to ensure there are enough funds available in the nominated account to cover the applicable memberships fees. It is also the contract holders’ responsibility to ensure that credit card and/or bank details are kept up to date with the studio to avoid payments declining. Please refer to section 5.7 – DISHONOUR FEES & OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS regarding any charges that will apply to failed payments.

All purchases are final and Hot Yoga Oxenford does not offer refunds on memberships, packages, services, or products. In the event of serious injury or illness, upon presentation of a doctors’ certificate, a refund policy may be considered by Hot Yoga Oxenford whereby the client will be charged a casual rate for all completed classes. Any remaining funds, minus administration fees, will be refunded where applicable.   • Service Contracts (a) The Trustees may, at any time and from time to time, contract for exclusive or nonexclusive advisory, management and/or administrative services for the Trust or for any Series with any Person; and any such contract may contain such other terms as the Trustees may determine, including without limitation, authority for the Investment Adviser to determine from time to time without prior consultation with the Trustees what investments shall be purchased, held, sold or exchanged and what portion, if any, of the assets of the Trust shall be held uninvested and to make changes in the Trust's investments, and such other responsibilities as may specifically be delegated to such Person.

A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.

  • Copies of Contract Upon final ratification and approval of this agreement, the employer shall prepare and make available to the bargaining agent and each of the employees in the bargaining unit a copy thereof.

  • PRIOR CONTRACTS SUPERSEDED This contract constitutes the sole agreement of the parties hereto for the services authorized herein and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral contracts between the parties respecting the subject matter defined herein.
