Membership Payments. The District will make monthly payments to ACE for authorized initiation fee, professional service fees and membership dues. The union agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Board harmless against any liability and pay all costs and attorney's fees which may arise by reason of any action taken by the Board in complying with the provisions of this article. The Board retains the exclusive right to select its own counsel and theories of defense. This indemnification shall not apply to any claim, demand, suit or other form of liability which may arise as a result of willful misconduct by the Board. ACE and the District agree to comply with all state and federal laws, rules or regulations prohibiting discrimination against any person with regard to employment because of race, color, religion, physical disability, sex, national origin, age, marital status, change in marital status, pregnancy or parenthood. This prohibition relates to hiring, placement, transfer, promotion, upgrading, recruitment, advertisement, layoff, termination and all other kinds of employment. Employees have the right to use the District’s internal discrimination complaint procedure to resolve any disputes that may arise from this section. This Article (306) is not subject to the grievance procedure.
Membership Payments. You may select two options of payments: In FULL by cash, check or credit card. Or divided into four (4) equal payments (January, February, March, and April), that will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. All membership credit card payments will incur a fee of 3% of the charged amount.

Membership Payments. All membership payments will automatically process via ACH, or other electronic banking arrangement via River Place Cowork’s membership software. The payment will process on the day you join (pro-rated for that month) and will recur on the first of the month (the “Bill Date”) thereafter until the membership is cancelled. Xxx passes will be charged one time on the day of the Membership. If, for any reason the Member’s payment cannot be processed, including insufficient funds, Member will be charged a $30.00 Returned Withdrawal Fee. For Office Members, a deposit equal to one month’s membership payment is required at the time of joining and signing the Lease. The deposit will be held by Eagle View Partners (management company) until the termination of the membership. The deposit will be refunded in accordance with the terms of the Lease. If payment is not received from any Member within five (5) days of the Bill Date, Services will be suspended until payment is made. This includes missed payments due to NSF or other returned payments. River Place Cowork reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if payments are overdue on two (2) occasions or more. In these instances, Eagle View Partners will notify you in writing of your termination and you will have five (5) days to remove your property, or your property will be considered abandoned and will be removed.

If fees are not paid within this timeframe, iWerx staff will be instructed to pack and store personal items from the vacated space unless other arrangements have been made. They are not to stifle the creative process or to be burdensome to the members under the communal roof of iWerx. Instead it is the wish of management that it will create an environment where members look forward to coming to each day to share ideas, create new friendships and to make business succeed. After all, often we spend more time in the office then at home with family and need that place with positive energy.
1. Be respectful and professional to fellow members and their guests at all times.
2. It only makes sense that every person using iWerx is a paid member. Exceptions: non- members that have business-related meetings with members or they are a paid "walk-in." Members are responsible for the conduct of their guest.
3. Members with issues or grievances with other members should bring them to the attention of iWerx management. You are encouraged to work out issues on your own in a calm and professional manner.
4. Keep the kitchen clean and free of dirty dishes. Do not leave used dishes in or near the sink. Instead hand wash or place them in the dishwasher after use. The same holds true for member guest's dishes.
5. Label and date food place in the refrigerator. The iWerx staff reserves the right to discard any item deemed out of date and spoiled.
