Common use of Paid Maternity Leave and other Entitlements Clause in Contracts

Paid Maternity Leave and other Entitlements. The above maternity leave payment (3 weeks at the time of commencing Maternity Leave) shall count as service for all purposes. The payment for maternity leave shall be inclusive of Statutory holidays that may fall within the first six (6) weeks of the maternity leave period.
