PANDEMIC OPERATIONS PLAN. The Licensee shall be responsible, in addition to adhering to the specifics defined within this agreement, to conduct activities in accordance with the rules, guidelines, procedures, and policies set by the CDC and State of New York in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Licensee is responsible to regularly review CDC and the State of New York guidelines and adhere to any changes provided by either the CDC and/or the State of New York.

This plan must be approved by the Office of Risk and Safety prior to the commencement of any activities.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency.
