PANDEMIC OPERATIONS PLAN. The Licensee shall be responsible, in addition to adhering to the specifics defined within this agreement, to conduct activities in accordance with the rules, guidelines, procedures, and policies set by the CDC and State of New York in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Licensee is responsible to regularly review CDC and the State of New York guidelines and adhere to any changes provided by either the CDC and/or the State of New York.

The Licensee must provide a “Pandemic Operational Safety Plan” prior to the start of any activities covered under this contract. The Pandemic Operations Plan must provide health and safety measures to be undertaken and followed as mandated by the Centers for Disease Control and the NYS Department of Health with regard to COVID. This plan must be approved by the Office of Risk and Safety prior to the commencement of any activities.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
