Pandemic/Outbreak Planning. In the event there are reasonable indications of the emergency of a pandemic/outbreak, any employee working at more than one (1) health care facility will, upon the request of the Hospital, provide information of such employment to the Hospital. No consequence will flow from such disclosure, other than as strictly necessary to prevent the spread of infection.
