Panel Composition and Selection. 21.4.1.1 The PAC program is supervised and evaluated by a PAC panel composed of two administrators selected by the County Office and a total of three teachers and/or service providers selected by the Association. Should a PAC panel member be unable to serve for any purpose including, but not limited to, the absence of a regular PAC panel member or the conflict of interest of a PAC panel member, the replacement shall be filled in the same manner that it was originally filled. The chair alternates annually between a Unit Member and an Administrator. A panel year is defined as July 1 – June 30. A panel member’s term shall be three years.
