Panel Indicator (PANEL. PANEL is a constructed variable used to specify the panel number for the person. PANEL will indicate either Panel 15 or Panel 16 for each person on the file. Panel 15 is the panel that started in 2010, and Panel 16 is the panel that started in 2011.
