PAR Panel Selection Process. 22.1.1 The PAR Panel shall consist of five (5) members, three of whom are teachers chosen to serve by the Association. Those teachers shall represent the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. The District shall choose two administrators for the PAR Panel. One alternate shall be appointed to represent the unit members.
