Parental Leave and Article. 8.10.1 Adoption Leave, employees who are on leave of absence without pay in any one calendar month, shall be subject to the following provisions with respect to sick leave credits: Period of leave of absence: • up to and including 15 calendar days — full credit; and • 16 calendar days or more — no credit.
