Parliamentary Allocation. Any payment by the Agency under this Agreement is subject to there being a sufficient appropriation for the fiscal year, beginning on April 1 and ending on the following March 31, in which the payment is to be made and is subject to cancellation or reduction in the event that departmental funding levels are changed by Parliament.
