  • Preferred Pricing The Contractor guarantees that the pricing indicated in this Contract is a maximum price. Additionally, Contractor’s pricing will not exceed the pricing offered under comparable contracts. Comparable contracts are those that are similar in size, scope, and terms. In compliance with section 216.0113, F.S., Contractor must annually submit an affidavit from the Contractor’s authorized representative attesting that the Contract complies with this clause.

  • Rates and Payments Room and board fees are approved by the Board of Trustees during the spring semester for the following academic year; however, the University reserves the right to make adjustments as deemed necessary and appropriate in the sole discretion of the Vice President for Student Affairs or designee, at any time during the term of this agreement in accordance with Section 11.

  • Prices and Payment Terms 5.1 Order prices are net and do not include value added tax (“VAT”).   • Rates and Payment You agree to pay the residence fees for the accommodation assigned to you, including where applicable, the size of the accommodation, according to the payment schedule attached hereto as Appendix IV. You may either pay the entire amount due or pay the residence fees in instalments, in the amounts and on the dates outlined in Appendix IV. If you choose or are required to change your accommodation, you will be required to pay the fees stipulated for the new accommodation, including the meal plan, if applicable. If a late payment is accepted, it will be subject to late payment fees as follows: » first late payment - $25 » second late payment - $25 » third late payment - $50 » fourth and any subsequent late payments $75 ea.

  • Fees and Payment Terms 4.1. When Customer’s Fees are Due: All Fees charged under the Agreement are due and payable on the due date quoted on the invoices generated by Aptum, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the applicable Product Terms.
