PART THREE. The CYEFR must cover the same period as the Audited Financial Statements, if required, and must be submitted in accordance with the audit schedule at 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.90. If Audited Financial Statements are not required, however, then the CYEFR must cover the Grantee’s fiscal year and must be submitted within 6 months of the Grantee’s fiscal year-end. CYEFRs must include an in relation to opinion from the auditor of the financial statements included in the CYEFR. CYEFRs shall follow a format prescribed by Grantor.

Community Partners must provide their own tables, chairs and tent if desired. Extremely loud noises, such as sirens, bells, horns, etc., will not be permitted, in order to maintain a quiet, relaxed and businesslike atmosphere.
