Staff Augmentation definition
Staff Augmentation means a process whereby the City’s existing staff complement is increased for a temporary time to due to capacity or skill shortages that cannot be effectively addressed through alternate means;
Staff Augmentation means any and all Work provided hereunder that are either: (1) designated by Exelon as “Staff Augmentation”, (2) not designated by Exelon as “Project”, “Outsourced” or “Outage” work, or
Staff Augmentation means Work performed by Contractor Personnel who are employed and paid by the Contractor or a Subcontractor where Buyer may direct the Contractor Personnel’s work and the methods for completing the Work.

In no case may a Retiree exceed one thousand (1,000) hours of Staff Augmentation Services in a rolling twelve- (12) month period without suspension of annuity payments.

Staff Augmentation or “Staff Aug” means the procurement of professional services that cannot be performed by Procuring Entity staff because of a staffing shortage resulting from employee leave, staff position vacancies or staffing budget limitations. These terms do not refer to the procurement of project specific IT professional services.
