Part-time Basis. The annual salary for a Probationary or Permanent Teacher who is employed on a part-time basis shall be calculated as follows: The Teacher will be placed on the appropriate position on the Teachers' salary schedule and paid at a rate equivalent to the full-time salary adjusted for the proportion worked during the school year. School year and school days shall be as defined in the Education Act.
