Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.

OUT-OF-CLASS ASSIGNMENT 1701 When, in the determination of the Department Head and with the approval by the Human Resources Director or designee, it is necessary to specifically assign in writing an employee all of the significant duties of a higher classification for eighty- one consecutive working hours, the employee so assigned shall be compensated at the minimum rate established for the higher call or five percent (5%) above the employee’s regular base rate of pay, whichever is greater, with pay effective upon the date of the change of assignment. Under no circumstances shall the employee receive an amount greater than the maximum step of the higher class. For purposes of this Article, the out-of-class workweek shall begin on the day the employee begins the duties of the higher classification, as specified in the written assignment. Subcontract and Assignment This Agreement binds the heirs, successors, assigns and representatives of the Contractor. The Contractor shall not enter into subcontracts for any work contemplated under this Agreement and shall not assign this Agreement or monies due or to become due, without the prior written consent of the General Manager of the Agency or his designee, subject to any required state or federal approval. Closing Certificate The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate of each Loan Party, dated the Closing Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit C, with appropriate insertions and attachments.
A ssignment Contractor shall not assign any interest in this Agreement and shall not transfer any interest in the same without the prior written consent of County except that claims for money due or to become due Contractor from County under this Agreement may be assigned by Contractor to a bank, trust company, or other financial institution without such approval. Written notice of any such transfer shall be furnished promptly to County. Any attempt at assignment of rights under this Agreement except for those specifically consented to by both parties or as stated above shall be void.
Notice of Assignment Upon its receipt of a duly executed and completed Assignment Agreement, together with the processing and recordation fee referred to in Section 10.6(d) (and any forms, certificates or other evidence required by this Agreement in connection therewith), Administrative Agent shall record the information contained in such Assignment Agreement in the Register, shall give prompt notice thereof to Company and shall maintain a copy of such Assignment Agreement.
Assignment/Reassignment 20.1 An employee shall be assigned/reassigned to a position by the appropriate administrator. Such assignments shall be consistent with the employee's classification except as provided elsewhere in this Article. It is expressly agreed that the application or interpretation of this section shall not require any change of the classification of any unit member.
