Part-Time Pro-rating. 9 Part-time service in a regular budgeted position shall be pro-rated as 10 half for purposes of the service requirements under “Subsection E" of this section.   • Evaluation Rating The final summative evaluation level that is assigned to a teacher based on the holistic review of all Evaluation Factors, observed during the Evaluation Cycle.
