Common use of Part-Time Pro-rating Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Pro-rating. 18 Part-time service in a regular budgeted position shall be prorated for 19 purposes of the service requirements set forth in subsection e of this section. (For 20 example, twenty (20) hours per week for two (2) months would equal one (1) month 21 toward the applicable service requirement.)

(For 20 example, 26 twenty (20) hours per week for two (2) months would equal one (1) month 21 toward the 27 applicable service requirement.)
