Common use of Part-Time Pro-rating Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Pro-rating. 9 Part-time service in a regular budgeted position shall be pro-rated as 10 half for purposes of the service requirements under “Subsection E" of this section. (For 11 example, part-time service for two (2) months would equal one (1) month toward the 12 applicable service requirement.)

Part-Time Pro-rating. 9 21 Part-time service in a regular budgeted position shall be pro-rated as 10 half for 22 purposes of the service requirements under “Subsection E" of this section. (For 11 example, 23 part-time service for two (2) months would equal one (1) month toward the 12 applicable service 24 requirement.)

Part-Time Pro-rating. 9 30 Part-time service in a regular budgeted 31 position shall be pro-rated as 10 half for purposes of the service requirements under 1 “Subsection E" of this section. (For 11 example, part-time service for two (2) months 2 would equal one (1) month toward the 12 applicable service requirement.)

(For 11 example, part-time parttime service for two (2) months would equal one (1) month toward the 12 applicable service requirement.)

Part-Time Pro-rating. 9 Part-time Part‑time service in a regular budgeted position shall be pro-rated as 10 half prorated for purposes of the service requirements under “Subsection E" subsection e of this section. (For 11 example, part-time service twenty (20) hours per week for two (2) months would equal one (1) month toward the 12 applicable service requirement.)
