Part-time Unit Members Adjustment for Pro-ration of Benefits. A part-time unit member who works a minimum of thirty (30) minutes per day in excess of the part-time assignment for a period of twenty (20) consecutive working days, or more, shall have the unit member’s basic assignment changed to reflect the longer hours in order to acquire fringe benefits and leaves on a properly prorated basis as specified by the Education Code. 16.5.2
