Common use of Partial cancellation Clause in Contracts

Partial cancellation. In the event of a partial cancellation of a nurse’s regular hours, the low census hours shall occur consecutively at the end of the scheduled hours unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse and the Agency.

Partial cancellation. In the event of a partial cancellation of a 14 nurse’s regular hours, the low census hours shall occur consecutively at the end 15 of the scheduled hours unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse and 16 the Agency.
