PARTIAL REDUCTION OF HOURS. 10.8.1 The Employer agrees that no partial reduction of the hours of work within a Department shall be instituted without due regard for the provisions of Clauses 10.2 and 10.3. In the event of a lack of work referred to in Clause 10.1 (a), the provisions of Clause 10.3 through 10.7 shall apply.
