Human Resources Information. A. The AIRPORT AUTHORITY maintains one (1) official personnel file which contains only appropriate information and that file is held and maintained by the Human Resources department. The AIRPORT AUTHORITY will provide access to an officer’s official personnel file only to the officer, his/her designated (in writing) representative, AIRPORT AUTHORITY legal counsel, and those management personnel in the officer’s chain of command, from Supervisor to the President/CEO, unless the officer has authorized (in writing) for another individual to have access to his/her personnel files.

Human Resources Information. The Safe Harbor covers the transfer of personal information about an employee from an EU company to a parent, affiliate, or unaffiliated service provider in the United States. This transfer is subject to any conditions and restrictions imposed by the national laws of the EU country where the information was collected and processed. A U.S. organization need not provide Notice and Choice to an individual if it intends to use his or her employee information solely in the context of an employment relationship. On the other hand, if an organization plans to disclose such information to a third party and/or use it for non- employment related purposes, it must do so in accordance with the Notice and Choice principles.

Human Resources Information. Access to Personnel File Upon giving prior written notice to the Manager of Human Resources Services, an employee shall be allowed to review their personnel file in the presence of the Manager of Human Resources Services or designate. Such access time will be scheduled by the Manager of Human Resources Services. The employee shall have the right to respond in writing to any document contained therein. Employee Documentation All employees are required to provide to the Board's Human Resources Services Department written up-to-date information with respect to current address and telephone number, When requested official verification of previous work experience, educational documents, and other pertinent documents and information must be supplied by new 'employees, and current employees if required for change of position or pay plan.
