Partial Unpaid Leaves Exceeding One Year. A unit member who desires a partial leave for longer than one (1) year may pursue one of the following options:: 10.15.4.3.1 If the unit member desires a reduced assignment for a specific period of time which exceeds one (1) year, prior to the beginning of the leave, the unit member and the District may mutually agree to the terms of the partial unpaid leave, including the length of the leave and the full-time assignment to which the unit member will return.
