Partially Paid Sick Leave. 14 15 When a full-time unit member (excluding full-time temporary) has exhausted 16 his/her sick leave benefits and is subsequently absent from work because of 17 illness or accident for a period of one hundred (100) days or less, whether or not 18 the absence arises out of or in the course of his/her employment, the employee 19 shall receive fifty percent (50%) of his/her regular salary during the period of such 20 absence up to a maximum of one hundred (100) work days within an academic 21 year.
