Participant Is a Volunteer. Participant is a volunteer as defined in California Labor Code section 1720.4. No Participant shall receive compensation for any vanpool-related activity. Participant acknowledges that participation in SB Loop is strictly voluntary and that such participation is not within the course and scope of employment, and further that participation in SB Loop does not establish an employment or agency relationship between Participant and SBCTA.
